By accessing our website, making a booking, or staying at any Loftylot Apartments property, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Booking Conditions

2. Bookings may be made directly through our website or via approved third-party booking platforms.
3. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion where lawful grounds exist.

3. Rates, Payments & Charges

1. Accommodation rates are displayed at the time of booking and may vary by season, property, or length of stay.
2. Payments may be made onsite or online using approved third-party payment processors.
3. At present, payments are accepted primarily onsite, with online payment integration planned.
4. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and statutory charges.

4. Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

1. Loftylot Apartments may require deposits or advance payments for certain bookings or during peak periods.
2. Cancellation policies, where applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
3. Failure to cancel within the permitted timeframe may result in cancellation fees or forfeiture of payments.
4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method, subject to third-party processing timelines.

5. Check-In, Check-Out & Occupancy

1. Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at booking.
2. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
3. Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed.
4. Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight without prior approval.

6. Guest Identification & Legal Compliance

1. All guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
2. International guests may be required to provide passport and visa details.
3. Guest information may be shared with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by Nigerian law.

7. Long-Term Stays

1. Long-term stays may be subject to separate agreements, additional terms, or periodic payment schedules.
2. Utility usage, housekeeping frequency, and maintenance terms may differ from short-stay bookings.

8. Guest Conduct & Use of Property

Guests agree to:

1. Use the property responsibly and lawfully.
2. Refrain from activities that disturb other guests or neighbors.
3. Avoid illegal, immoral, or hazardous activities on the premises.

9. Damage, Loss & Liability

1. Guests are responsible for damages caused to property or furnishings during their stay.
2. Loftylot Apartments is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.
3. Use of facilities is at the guest’s own risk, subject to applicable law.

10. CCTV & Security

1. CCTV cameras operate in public and common areas for safety and security purposes.
2. No cameras are installed in private guest areas.
3. Recorded footage may be used for security, dispute resolution, or law-enforcement purposes.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or utility failures.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, and imagery are the property of Loftylot Apartments and may not be used without prior written consent.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction in Bayelsa State courts.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
